As many of you are aware, we have had several complaints concerning speeding throughout the community! PLEASE SLOW DOWN-the speed limit is 12MPH at The Cove at Priest Lake. There are children at play as well as residents walking through
the parking areas.

Don't Forget.....
The Cove has two beautiful guest suites available for resident's friends and family to stay in. We rent them by the night for $75 - $125. Your guests will have full access to all the Cove's amenities as well as the convenience of being close to you. For more details and to reserve a suite contact the office.

Just a reminder: Rent and water are due by the fifth of every month. As of the sixth, rent is considered late, and residents will incur a 10% late fee on top of market rent. Thank you for your prompt payments.

Ace Pest Control
Just a Little Reminder.... Every Tuesday we have a representative from Ace pest control come to spray for bugs. If you are having a problem with those pesky little intruders please call the office to be put on the bug list.
